Provides practical strategies to identify and deal with bullying behaviour. The focus of this in-service is to develop a shared understanding among the staff about prevention and intervention strategies and why they are favoured.

This session also provides an understanding of the bullying dynamic and the critical role bystanders play in this. We will outline why the teachers role is so vital in creating active bystanders and ways in which they can strengthen that behaviour in their classrooms.
