Michael is the Director of Bully-Busters® and Inside Out Educational Programs. He began his professional life as a teacher and is also now a qualified mindfulness meditation instructor and a counsellor. He lectures in both art-therapy and counselling at the Phoenix Institute of Australia.
Michelle comes from a performance based background where she built and ran a state wide dance/singing school for children She has also worked Nationally and Internationally teaching Yoga, Dance and Childrens Creativity workshops. She is highly experienced in fundraising and Event Management for Not-For-Profit Orgs. Michelle is a mother of a three year old and represents Bully-Busters in both a performing and Business Developent Role.
Cameron is a very experienced writer and performer. He has been running workshops for over 15 years in the areas of creative writing, performance skills and for the last 4 years - bullying. He has 14 books and CDs of his own work published, and has toured regularly around Australia is a poet and entertainer. He lives in Melbourne with his wife, Sonya, and baby son Spencer.

Paul combines Bully-Busters® with a Holistic counselling practice in Prahran called 'Conscious Counselling',
and also teaches counselling at the Phoenix Institute of Australia.
He has been a therapist, meditation teacher and group facilitator for the last four years.
He is originally from Wales, but now lives in St Kilda with his long-term partner and their
baby daughter.
